Welcome to the home of Charlotte To Senegal. We hope this website provides information and resources concerning our short-term mission trips that take us from Charlotte, NC to the villages of Senegal.
Forest Hill, our home church, has partnered with United World Mission and has committed to partnering with rural villages near Thies, Senegal. These missions trips are focused on holistic ministry through church planting, community development projects, medical service, and other service-related projects aimed at meeting various village needs.
February 2 – 11, 2012: Medical
Our medical team is returning to Senegal in a continuing effort to provide healthcare to the people in the Senegalese rural villages. The medical missions team is planning on conducting medical clinic in Ndjemane and one or two adjacent villages.*
The medical clinics provide general health care along with anti-parasitic treatment. There will also be opportunities for the team members to engage in relational ministry.
October 30 – November 7, 2012: Old Testament Survey
The October missions trip is our annual Ndjemane Village Partnership visit. While the details are subject to change, this village trip to Ndjemane is oriented around teaching the Old Testament. We are excited about having the opportunity to share many stories from the Old Testament and see how they all point to Jesus Christ.*
